New BT Tech Chasis Brace Installed

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

The wonderful folks at BT Tech sent me this brilliant jewel of engineering... It not only significantly increased the immediacy of my steering response but it COMPLETELY stopped all the chassis twist and that is actually a difference you can really hear... No more squeaks and rattles and MUCH less body roll, dive and understeer... with MUCH better steering response...

On a side "Cool Factor" note... After I warmed up my tires up significantly I had a buddy of mine chase me in his gti... (almost as fast as our beasts but not close to mine) and he said as I was taking a sweeping corner at about 80 my left wheel was off the ground.... We've done that test several other times testing other mods (tires and such) and this that has never happened before so one would assume this little piece of tech is WELL worth it

If anyone has any questions on this thing ask me performance wise but if ya wanna buy one get ahold of these folks.

Did you actually buy this... and did you get it, in trade for doing a plug?

So do you only notice how it works, when you are driving the crap out of your Car?

You say with this Brace on, you had one Wheel leave the ground at 80? This doesn't sound like Body-roll Reduction to me. I think a superior system, what ever it may be, keeps all 4 Wheels planted, on the ground.

For the typical every day driver, are there any benefits... other than squeak reduction?

Everyone, have a boo at this thread >>> post4821497.html

You are right EXceptional wheel lift isn't considered a plus in suspension tuning; it can happen in some cases in response to bumps in a corner. Adding a stiffer brace isn't going to make any big change in the way the EX handles. Shock tower bracing is the most effective type of suspension bracing (short of a roll cage) but bolting on shock tower braces isn't going to transform the handling of the EX either.

At some point somebody may still come through with some upgraded sway bars. Swapping out the springs would help if you can live with a reduction in suspension travel and stiffer ride. A shock upgrade would also make a noticeable change in handling but will also impact the ride quality in some areas.
