New brakes squeak in Reverse, why?

I just changed my brakes. Now when I apply my brakes while driving in Reverse they will squeak, what's the deal?

Did you replace just the pads or rotors as well? Did you break them in properly after doing so? Did you put pads with anti squeek plates or did you put any kind of lube on the back of the pads???
