new brake booster + mc upgrade = no more room for strut bar :(

Hey guys, I replaced my auto brake booster on my 89 240sx with what I was told was a manual brake booster because I heard it was smaller (seems smaller circumference wise, but is longer depthwise, has an extra "section") - this was "suppose" to help w/ future turbo clearance - & a 1 1/16 mc to complement my 300zx brake upgrade.

Anyway, now there is almost no space for the strut bar bolt. For sure not enough to put the bolt through in either direction... .

Anyone else have this problem? More importantly for those who do have this problem, anyone figure out a fix?

I'd really hate to put in yet another brake booster .
