New Boy needs your help

Just purchased a 2006 Frontier from a dealership and I have found some problems they hopefully will fix.I have a squeek comming from the front that I tracked down to the fuel tank (thanks to the search function on this site). But the only posts I found on here discussing this had to do with D40 and R51 of 2005 models. When I told the service guy at the dealer ship he agreed there was a noise but he said he found no tech write ups on it.

So my question is: What is the fix?
