So after a long wait, my Borla exhaust finally arrived today. I went directly to my buddy's shop to put it on. I haven't been able to stop driving since.

This thing sounds great! And the low gurgle while it idles is the best.

So here's the question. After an intake and exhaust, my understanding is that the ECU will slowly adapt to the increased air flow in and out of the engine. Is it better to reset the ECU at this time? Or will it just end up where it ends up, regardless of where it starts?

You don't have to reset the ECU, it will adjust on its own.

I'd reset it anyways, it won't hurt.

Reset the ECU. The ECU on this car learns everything from idle to mixtures through your past driving habits/parts. New parts, reset the ecu and let it learn everything new
