New battery

Hey guys, i had to change my battery yesterday. The car sound like it wanted to start and it made a series of clicking noise. Long story short, I got a new battery. After installing I noticed that I have to hold the window buttons for them to go up and the sunroof I had to keep pressing it of it to shut or open. Any thoughts as to why this happened?

Continue to hold the button(s) 5 or so seconds after the window closes. That will reset this functionality.

This has been discussed many many times.
