New Battery problem

My Battery died in my coupe. I replaced it just fine but now when i turn on my car it takes about 1 to 3 minutes for my audio to start working, the stock head unit comes on and I am able to use it just fine but just no audio. I have the navigation/bose unit. Any idea why this may be happening?

Check the amps on the speaker or the radio itself.
