*Update4/21*New B16 Sentra Hood Coming Soon!

Racing Solution is making a new aftermarket hood for the b16 sentras. It will fit on all 07+ sentras(base models and the SER/Specv). It will be fiberglass and be modeled after the one in the pic below.

Racing Solution has been working on this for the better part of a year and polled on another site for interest and styling. The last they posted was that they had a hood and were working on it. That was over a month and a half ago, so i dont think it will be too terribly long till it is available

When Racing Solution went to another site to pole interest for possible parts to be made, the idea for a hood came up. When it did so did this pic. It was unanimously liked for the most part, so they decided to model their hood after it.

The good thing about it is that it should fit a 2.0 sentra or a SER/Spec, so all the b16s can enjoy.

No word on weight. It is suppose to be available in fiberglass and carbon fiber so it has to be lighter than stock.

On a side note, a couple of weeks ago Racing Solution said that it got pushed back a little because of another project going over.

The prototype is finished and fitted and production is starting soon.

Scoop is functional. Will be offered in fiberglass and carbon fiber. Much lighter than stock. Uses stock mounting and latch.
