downshift wrote:hey zyphar how do you get those little animation avatars to fit? i have been wanting to put one up for the longest but just a lil too big and if i resize it, it no longer does the animation, it just becomes a picture.
Used photoshop to resize to 64x64 and imageready to save the animation file. but actually the original already fitted.
if you dont have photoshop or imageready then i will gladly help u out. just send me the image in an E-mail and ill replay with it resized.

Well i used photoshop and another program called imageready. Photoshop can only do still images (but has awsome photo editing capabilibties) while imageready can do animation (but poor editing tools).
They are both actually connected to each other by a button in each program. Photoshop has a button that says 'jump to imageready' in its toobar. same for imageready. but when you are in imageready, make sure click the 'save optimized as' button in order to save the gif as a motion file (rather then a still).
here is original slow Citroen drivers = ): : Improved fast Subaru Drivers = D
Only problem is i gotta fix the speed a little on them cuz the driver shifts a little too fast. im lazy tho...
