Hello everyone,

New here but owned a 300ZX TT for a little over a year but due to many problems and then winter it only got driven for a few months. The car is currently in the shop having some body work repaired due to the previous owner being an imbecile.

Anyway, I was just wondering what kind of power it may be producing because I never got chance to put it on the rolling road.

It's currently got:

'99 Jspec front bumper (I mention this because it's got a bigger mouth for the FMIC)
FMIC (it says Autobahn '88 as the name)
Turbo Technics S131 Hybrid Turbos (I believe these are the same housing size as stock)
Cat-back exhaust (custom made, 2.5" then dual tip [four tips in total])
After-market air filter (looks like it came with the FMIC)

It's not running higher boost. The previous owner seemed to fail on the basics.

My plan, after it's come out of the shop is fit my 19 row oil cooler, increase boost to 14 PSI with a Greddy boost controller and have a NIStune ECU fitted. Other stuff I have planned are full set UD pulleys and lightweight flywheel.

Any estimate on current power and estimate after I've done my bits would be greatly appreciated.

Stock boost, probably maybe 20-30 more hp with the exhaust and FMIC over stock. You need to find more info on the turbos, check this out.

Thanks for the reply. The link just sends me back to this site. Another question though; the car used to be an automatic. I understand these had less power (approx. 20 hp). Was this just because of the smaller turbos? Or were there other reasons. With the hybrid turbos being fitted this would obviously take that issue away.

I feel like there should be a follow up to "I found some info..." haha
