I bought my car new in 2009 and have put a lot of money into it. I'll admit I have wasted some money experimenting with stuff so to avoid this in the future i thought i'd join this forum to get some opinions. I have a 2009 Altima coupe 2.5s that i bought as a base coupe because i wanted a clean slate to work with. Since purchasing the car I have added a ton of mods. In terms of interior, I have added leather seats, Pioneer navigation, custom carbon fiber interior wrap (which I'll be removing soon), nissan racing pedals, red LED footwell lights, Nismo seatbelt shoulder pads, Nismo kick plates, and bose speakers all-around. For the exterior I have the Stillen front fascia, black halo projector head lights, it's debadged, and it's riding on black 20x9.5 Stance Sc-five wheels wrapped with 245/35/20 Nitto NT 555s. I lack in the performance department because I was hopelessly saving up for a turbo-kit and stupidly decided against it. Now I have a Stillen short ram intake, stillen header, straight pipe from header to axle-back magna flow exhaust, stillen lightweight pulley, and performance rotors. Please let me know of any suggestions you may have to add any amount of HP without the use of forced induction because eI'm lost! Still to come: Eibach pro kit, Stillen side skirts, Extreme Dimensions GT-R rear bumper, replacing my magna flow tips (keeping mufflers) and welding on quad tips, and black roof vinyl. So, here's what i'm working with right now.... http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-a ... n.jpg/[img]

I am thinking about painting my car 370z Ultimate yellow, removing my interior wrap and painting my interior accents to match. Please let me know what you think

Welcome!!! The mods you have done are great! I'd say screw the GTR bumper cuz it looks like garbage and get coils instead of the eibachs, and I'd say a no go on the yellow as well, but I can't change your opinion, and to be honest, deep down I do really want to see an A/C in yellow lol

I like what you've done to the car so far, it looks dope! The ED rear bumper is garbage and everyone who've had it either sold it or broke it lol. As for the color change I say go for it, you'll be the first altima on here to do so. And yeah you NEED coilovers to lose the monster truck status.

Thanks J Russ, I'll take your word for it on the GT-R bumper I honestly wasn't all that impressed with it. I do want to do quad tips though, so do you have any suggestions of any rear bumpers that would work or that could be easily modded for this? And ya i thought yellow would be something different haha

Thanks man for the compliment. I'm considering Camaro SS tips because they are the same they are 4" tips instead of the GT-R's massive 4.5" ones and they will only run me $150 (not including the cutting and welding). Also, they are staggered to fit the contour of the rear bumper.

Thanks!! Ya I am going for a unique look with the color so I thought a limited edition nissan yellow would do the trick. If do go the way of coil overs do you recommend a specific brand? I know tein makes good products but they just so expensive. Around how much is the install for coil overs versus an eibach kit?

honestly bro, I would keep the bumper, and add the quad tips to it.. you'll just have to cut the diffuser to make em fit!

The install for coils ranges between $150 - $200. Eibach kit install is probably around $100, do it right the first time and get coils! Your Stance wheels are begging for it lol.

Brands: BC Racing, D2 Racing, Teins, Ksport and Megan Racing. I can only recommend BC's because that's what I'm running. Others might chime in and give their opinions of the other brands. But you can search the forum and find out.

Coils are very rewarding. I'm rocking BC's and the ride is pretty smooth. I lowered the car about 1.5" all around, but I'm thinking of going lower. :mike

I think I have the dampening set to 17 front and 19 rear. Rides pretty close to stock from where I'm sitting.
