So, using BullittAndy's basic Y33 front mounted transmission cooler kit (which received flak about additional backpressure) and Skibane's parallell radiator trans-cooler/after-market cooler combo (which was criticized about it's use of multiple right angles as hose fittings), I have been fielding a few new products from a company that uses true Y fittings with a 35-45 degree spread between two of the connectors. The different materials for these fittings include HDPE, Nylon, Stainless steel, polypropylene, Pvdf, and Kynar. I will be receiving info on the burst tests/melting points of these products, but am thinking the stainless fittings may be optimal. At about $35 per fitting, they may be expensive for some budgets. I will be studying outlet/inlet pressures as well as pre/post driving temperatures. Please let me know if there are any of you Y33 owners who would be interested in this info or these parts.

It did? I missed that. How would it form "back pressure"? Very easy to measure with two manometers going down the road.

Isn't Skibane's auxiliary cooler in series with the stock one?
