Most of the accessories listed for the 2009 Versa are a carryover from last year. I still don't see anything listed under Nismo. From what I found these are new accessories listed for 2009!

1. Glass Breakage Sensor * Enhance the vehicle security system with the addition of a glass breakage sensor * Helps detour glass break-in theft by triggering vehicle security system upon impact or glass breakage

2. Auto-dimming Rearview Mirror * Detects headlight glare at night and automatically dims * The brighter the glare, the darker the mirror becomes

3. Cargo Organizer * Movable dividers let you customize the space * Made of sturdy black plastic * Water-resistant and durable * Easy to install * Hatchback models only

4. Interior Accent Lighting * LED light sticks give subtle but stylish lighting to the front foot wells and cup holders * 20 pre-programmed color options * Easily control light color and on/off function through a single knob * Lighting works in concert with the other interior lighting when the door is opened

5. Portable Navigation by Garmin * Touch-screen interface * Turn-by-turn Voice Guidance * Portable

I don't see part numbers listed anywhere, and I'm not sure when they're going to be offering these new accessories at Nissan Dealerships soon.

Any information would be great.

Helps detour it? I had to check to be sure, but that's actually what's on the Nissan website! I guess they make thieves go around the block when they break the glass!

Gee, hasn't Bob @ Versaspeed been trying to import #3 from Japan since the V was introduced? Took Nissan long enough to listen...

So Nissan announces new accessories for the 2009 Versa? Since I bought a 2008 year model, am I able to buy these at a dealership or some other place and get them installed on an older year?

Personally, I like Acces. 1, 2 and 4. The glass breaking sensor, another safety feature is important, alot of vehicles don't have that. That will help deter thieves away and give the owner a sense of better security.

It gets bright around here in CO, especially during the summer. The auto dimmer mirror helps out a lot. Definately recommended. Does the Sentra have that option?

Acces. 4 is really cool. That's the first time I have ever heard car manufactures make factory LEDs for the foot wells and cup holders. I'd like to get that installed in my vehicle. Is that only for the driver's side, or is it for the front passenger side too?

Most of these will work on '07-'08 V's no problem. I think the glass breakage sensor MAY be a different matter. This implies that the '09's have a "security system", vs. the "keyless entry" system that the '07-'08 have. The differente? a "keyless entry" doesn't have an alarm like a security system.

As far as factory LED's... Scion's been doing that for years.

It's about time Nissan gets some of this stuff in.....and when they become available I will see if #1 and #2 will fit the 07-08 cars.....the rest should be fine.I'm going to check out #3 & 4 to see if they are the same or different from the ones offered in Japan.
