Hi Im Chris I just got a 95 240sx for free its wrecked in the front not too bad it needs a new radiator new hood new fenders and new bumper and head lights and ive been reading about ppl doing the front end conversion from the 98 240s i was wondering if since i need to replace that already do u guys think i should go ahead with the conversion or just get the stock parts. i eventually want to put a body kit on it but not right away i want to get it streetable before i do any specific modding?

sure why not do the kouki conversion (97-98), you already got a busted front end and got the car for free, so you are already ahead. i would advice against if you had a decent front to start with. go OEM, and you are a long way to go from "modding" from the "condition" you stated. pics would help. otherwise, great gift

BIG FLASHING SEARCH BUTTON ABOVE BUDDY!

click it and search.

but i do believe its a bolt on affair. get the taillights too, zenki tails are ugly imo. im hoping to make some side money somehow to afford a set this summer for my 95.

Well provided only the things on the front end are out of whack from the collision it is a bolt-in affair. No fab work. I've seen people use the stock zenki headlight support brackets that have drilled them out and stuff like that. But mounting locations between a 95-96 to a 97-98 are the same for the fenders, bumper, hood etc...
