New '93 s13 got turbo 4 it, need advice?!

I just bought a '93 S13 with 38K on it :). its a 5-speed KA24DE with clean engine bay no defects at all on the interior or exterior.

Now what will become of this car is still in the "sketching" process but i have a friend who is selling me a Garrett T3 turbo with intercooler for $200, it came off of a Mitsubishi Sterion i beleive is what he told me, it just wouldnt fit his turbo header for his integra.

My question is, does someone make a header that this mounts up to without modifications and if not what would have to be done to make this fit? The intercooler, do i need any special things to mount it and if so what do i need to mount and run the piping? What exaust system works well with this turbo if anyone has tryed it out? Has anyone turbo-charged a Ka24DE with a Garrett T3 and if so what were the results? How much would i need to retard my timeing to run about 9-10psi boost and is that a sagfe range for stock enternals on this low mileage car? Thanks for any feedback!
