New 93 240sx coupe

I just got a 93 240sx with 97k on it and runs nice. the one thing wrong with it is the left rear tire is rubbing when turning left hard so I probably will need a set of shocks.This is my first car and am very new to tuners and was wondering what the APEXI SAFC does for the car and should I not mess with it? and If someone could give me a run down on the things to look out for that would be great.I also have a great deal of turbo parts that I want to sell and was wondering how much I should get for them?here is a pic of the parts and car

sweet ride man, the rubbing could be from many different things. does it rub only when you turn? what about bumps?

yes only when turning. also there is a dime size hole of frame rail rust on each side do you think a shop could fix it and about how much. My goal is to make it 100% before I start trying to make it look better or faster.
