Hey I recently purchased a 91 hb with a redtop in it really excited about the car bought it from a friend really like the sr kept up with my z and gets better mileage to lol , but right now its giving me fits. See I purchased the vehicle after it had sat outside for 5 months with out being started and when I went to get it would not start not only that but the alt fuse had blown to. I replace this still nothing at this point I just wanted to get it towed to my garage and me in front of some heat. Long story short Ive verified that the ignitor cas and coils are good the problem is that the ecu ground at the coil isnt grounding out all the way my multi meter is reading some wierd stuff on the first coil it reads 3.5v but on the rest of them it only reads .5 a volt not only that but the grounding bolt on my ecu plug that grounds the ecu out will not show a ground if I test it so at this point im just a little confused could the ecu not be functioning properly and not grounding like the bolt showed me or could it be a discontinuity between the harnesses and yes the sub harness is plugged in or what thanks
