New 2014 - Crunch noise 30 seconds after startup

Tons of posts about odd noises, I know. I'm wondering if anyone else has heard this. Sounds like some one quickly thumped threw a deck of cards. Or, you know how your plastic air dam gets stuck on curbs sometimes, and when you back up that sound the plastic makes as it rips way from the curb? Sounds like that. But the car is just sitting in the garage, or as I'm pulling out. Starts clean, idles for a moment, then "rip". Just a quick crunch sound. Maybe it's the radiator belt starting up? Are there any belts or systems that have a slight delay? Loose belt maybe?

I have had wierd noise with the belt tensioner before
Try getting a mechanics stethoscrope and listening around the engine

Do you start the car with the AC on? It could be the compressor clutch kicking in.
