Hello everyone,A recent car accident "forced" me into the new car market.

Had a pretty well customized 06 Volvo S40 T5 AWD......lady pulled out from a strop sign and decided to uncustomize it. Anyways when looking for a 4 door sedan that still comes in a 6MT the market led me to a ganga overpriced BMWs and Audis in the 54k range.

Looked a little bit harder and built a fully loaded G37S Sedan for 44k.5 sec flat 0-60 and I was sold.Blue Slate, Stone int every (and I mean every) option

I live in Savannah GA (ARMY CPT)

First things first:19" wheels MRR GT1's? (fit and or opinions welcome), Tint (30% GA law), and reloading my 10" solobaric L5

What else should I be looking at? possibly intake and exhaust?bang for the buck HP?

Sean

Nice well done sir. Welcome to the club.

About the mods. Best bang for your buck would be the ECU flash done by Technosquare. But your car is brand new so you have to wait till they came out with something. Probably few months. There are few intakes and light weight pulley for sure. I think whatever fits the g37 coupe should be good for you also as long as engine related. Everything else should be different.

Did you get the 4WAS?

Good choice!

Suspension and Engine stuff should be very similar. I wonder if they have made it so the exhausts will be interchangeable between the sedans and coupes now?

I would start with intake, engine damper, light flywheel, lighter clutch...

then I would do HFC/catback/engine tune(technosquare, cobb, etc)

did I mention suspension? springs& sways

The MRR GT-1's are good rims. I looked into getting those for a while. Just depends on what you are willing to spend. There are some sick rims but you normally dont get looks and performance IMO. You sacrifice one for the other...

PS Should I run 245/40-19 with the 19x8.5

I like the staggered look but have heard that the G eats tires pretty good....so rotating back to front might be a benefitSean

Welcome to the '37 club

12k miles and no issues with the staggered setup yet. I still need to find some all-season tires tho

Yes, I would run 245/40's with the 19's. That is what i plan to do (also wanting ability to rotate). I had 245/35/19's on my last car, and started to right like crap after a while due to the shorter/stiffer sidewall.

Well played.LOL

It actually stems from the 85 F Bronco II I had as my first car that had a huge p0rn* sticker on the back. added the Double SS for Sean SUllivan and that has been my AIM and SN for 10 years
