Welcome to NICO!!

Try to get the city to do it. When I lived in Warner Robins, I had a late-model firebird that I had to go in my driveway sideways. I called city works and they put down a nice asphalt ramp.

It was funny, but after they did the ramp, my neighbors started calling too. Eventually, my entire street was done!

Why do you need it? Does your curb actually that much higher or your driveway is so steep? Hmm can you load up a picture? Sorry for the questions but I never actually seen a place where neded other than commercial area where they loading and unloading and there is no curb cut. Even that most places calls the city and they cut the curb for you.

Sometimes when a city repaves a road, they leave a 1-2 inch step in front of a driveway. If that driveway has another 1-2 step, plus any incline, you can damage low to the ground vehicles. I didn't have anything on my firebird that made it lower than stock...and I was scraping the front bumper if I didn't go in at an angle.

Yeah with the firebird kind of understand. It is longer and have a longer nose from the front wheel. But the G's have short nose there is not much front of the wheel and the bumpers are round from the side view not flat. If the car is not lowered you can get in and out in a steep road driveway. I went thru so many of these roads and newer had any issue. I know the X is sitting 1.5" higher. Maybe that helps.

How about the thing you can buy from Box stores. Patching driveways? You can buy it in a bag and fix holes in the asphalt. Home Depot maybe.

LOL I guess it doesn't hurt to ask the city. Here they don't do anything free. When I widened my driveway I had to ask them to cut the curb. You not allowed to do it on your own. They charged me like $80 or so.
