Just bought an 07 G35X with low miles/kms and had a few concerns. 1: I have some MINOR peeling on the steering wheel and the left armrest thing has some pretty bad wear. with the steering wheel would it look bad if I peeled it all out revealing a silver finish rather then the black one? ive seen it done on youtube just wanted to know what you guys did with yours. Or would it be ok if I just left it because its not horrific at the moment just some obvious peeling on certain parts. 2: Tire pressure warning light on and all the tires seem great. 3: How can I use the auxiliary option what kind of wire do I need?

The TPMS sensors only transmit tire pressure to the ECU

They do not indicate the tire condition.

They have a sealed battery in each one and should be correctly paired to the ECU for each wheel. If all of your tires are inflated to the correct tire pressure and the light stays on then you have one or more defective sensors probably with a dead battery.
You cannot pass state inspection with the light on.

I would try PlastiDip. You can easily peel it off if you don't like. I would still stick to black rather than silver.

For the steering wheel look on ebay for a better one, and the corresponding trim piece that always scratches and peels. Any tire shop should easily be able to tell you which TPMS is out as the battery life is not extensive. Again, ebay is usually a good place to get cheap replacements.

Not sure what you mean about the auxiliary option.
