Hello guys!!

Long time lurker here, and first time poster. I recently purchased an 06 M35X with all the options after deliberating between this and a G37X.So far this is one of the best rides I've ever been in minus one problem.Once in a while my steering wheel would pull to random direction strongly, it happen even on a flat surface. I'm wondering if anyone had the same problem.

Welcome to NICO!

The effect you are describing is tramlining ... cure is better tires. Do a search for "tramlining" here at NICO in this forum, and you will see the previous posts on the topic.

Hello,

Thank's for the reply. I did a search and it seems most people are having a problem because of the goodyear OEM tire. I actually have kumho solus kh16 tires and not the goodyear one.

I saw that most people were able to get it fixed by replacing the tire rack, I'm wondering if this is covered by the warranty or if I need to pay anything.

Thanks

Szhosain is right. The "tire rack" or steering rack (in my "expert" opinion having solved the problem) is a red herring. This machine is very sensitive to tires. The Goodyears are the main tire culprit; but not the only.

In my and others experience the ContiExtremeContacts for the M35x are the cure.
