new 2.5" cat-back on 89' 240

hey guys....got my new 2.5 inch stainless stell catback and muffler system on today ..wheewww i love it..sounds really good and can deff tell apower increaselike 1st 2nd and 3rd you can really tell it..like each gears feels longer.deff like the system.

anyways...when i run it hard and then put in the clutch it drops to like 500 rpm..idk if this is normal or not..it did this before the exhaust instal..maybe its cus like its too much gas for it to burn so then it lugs or something..idk..lemme know what yu guys think...ttyll

you mean the rpm drops to 500 when you put it in gear? Then try giving it gas a bit sooner as you're pulling off the clutch.

no i mean say like im shifting from 3rd to 4th and i push in the clutch and hold it in will its in between gears it drops to 500 or so , does it mainly after i have it at full throttle for a gear or 2...it does n't stall tho so idk

you've probably got a hose that's collapsing somewhere.
