Im new i would love to learn anything about this car i have a 95 240sx, it would be awesome if i could learn the basics and really anything else i have a 4 cylinder twin cam (i think) ill be puting pics on here soon.

I'd like to start getting my 240SX ready for some street action. Can anyone give me any tips on rear suspension? When I hit the brakes, I feel something hit hard in the back. It feels like there may be a rear suspension arm that the bushings have worn out on... I don't know much about the car so if you have any suggestions and a few check points, I'd appreciate it!

Control arms bushings? Differential bushings? Subframe bushings? Check those in that order. I vote on the subframe.

sounds like sub frame is clunking around. upgrade the bushings. Its normal amongst our 240s lol.

Looks clean, change oil, antifreeze, air filter, is it auto? Or 5speed? Throw some seafoam in the oil too, about half a can. I would give you the write up. But I'm currntly on my evo4g.

Make sure theres nothing in your spare tire well sliding around, that could make some noise under braking too
