new 1.6 versa owner

high all. my name is dan and i got a 09 1.6 sedan. stripped. basic transportation. got it under the cash for clunkers program. i am an old school toyota guy and this is my first nissan. so far i got 2500 miles on it. i get 34 mpg around town. i think it is a funny looking car but i love the damn thing!

Yeah I think it looks funny myself.But I love driving it . I love the gas mileage. I'm averaging 38mpg mixed driving. My all time best was 42mpg, but I was really light on the pedal.I think I like driving it because of the 5 spd,if I got the automatic I'm sure it wouldn't be nearly as fun to drive. I have about the same mileage that you have, I picked mine up on 8/13/09.Also got mine with the cash for clunker program.
