New 07 M35X owner - Some questions

I take delivery on Monday. Used M35X 2007 only 5,000 mi.

Car has the non-Bose stereo.

Question 1: Can I still have either XM or Sirrius by getting the module? If so, please point me in the right direction to find it.

Question 2: Looks like from surfing the board that there are no real good IPod options. Is that the consensus agreement. I plan to just burn MP3"s to a disk and use the 6 disk changer. Not ideal, but better than nothing. Tried it out when I tested the car and it does a nice job of putting the ID3 tag on the screen.

without the aux imput you are correct that there is no good Ipod hookup without doing some crazy installation that involves cut wires (which I'm not up for, but if you are youshould be able to find instructions somewhere on here)
