I've had this car for about 7 years now. its been my daily driver. I bought it with about 100,000 miles on it and now have about 245,xxx mile on her. Engine (KADE) was completely overhauled last month. She's not the prettiest around but what the hell its not a monthly car payment.

Good job on keeping it maintained. Nice looking. Watch the rust on the strut towers - don't let it get outa control.

I believe that "Apparatus" is just to protect the wires going to the distributor, not a bad i dea on the ka, because those wires get hot from the head, plus they are normally really close to the fan.

F&F quotes never get old.

The one known as "Apparatus" is just a wire harness shield. It was something to put over the harness to protect it. The "Apparatus" is a bit big but it does the job.

BTW thank you all for the comments!

+1 for losing the bra, and +1 for painting hoodAlso, if you don't have to wear a front plate, why don't you remove the bracket for it to make it look cleaner? Is there some reason you left it on?

Looks very clean though nice ride!

The year before this car was in a car accident. thats whats up with the red hood. never found a black hood yet. I've been cruzing around with out the front plate for sometime now but been pulled over two times for not having it. i ordered a new plate for up front..... I'd rather not have it on there though.

You have my respect... I know my way around but 'certainly don't have the skills to replace a core/rad support.

I do have to admit i like the bra on the car. that thing was not cheap to get. that bra cost like a $130.00! I really dont know why i even bought it in the first place. oh well....the front bumper is primer black right now. just haven't painted it yet... I'm doing the sleepy eye thing today just to play around. unfortunantly i lost my job two weeks ago so im strapped on cash so the 5 speed will have to wait. i have the fly wheel and clutch. just collecting parts here and there. no big hurry. the auto trans has super low miles on it. soooo it will do for now.
