I'm going to apologize in advance for the ranting, but I'm irate right now. I purchased a Siliva conversion from
http://www.Jarco.com a couple of weeks ago and I got it earlier this week in the mail. It was shiped via semi by USF Dugan. Upon recieving the items, I noticed that there was a hole in one box and that one had obviously been dropped. It was noted on the proof of delievery. When I opened all the boxed, the one with the hole was the one for the hood and it had dented the hood and scraped it. Nothing, major, so I wasn't too concerned. But when I opened the box that had been dropped it contained all of the headlight assembly peices and the bumper supports. Upon unwrapping the items (I do feel that Jarco did a good job of packing) I found that BOTH of the fog light lenses were cracked. So I filed a claim. Well I got a letter in the mail today declining the claim. It basically told me that the value was figured at 10 cents per pound. Now this doesn't make sense. If all of it weighs 130 lbs, then it's worth $13. But I paid $1,000. Hmmm, see a discrepency here? So basically, they say that they'll give me 10 cents per pound of what the headlights weigh. At 12.5lbs, that works out to $1.25!!! BULL SH1T!!!!!!!!!! Someone is going to have a very bad day from that company on Monday and it's going to be because I ripped them a new azzhole. Stupid SOB's....
