That would be a sweet deal, $2700! At least they aren't claiming it is their car, only a "Stock" photo.

There's no grounds for suing ... it's just misleading to any potential buyers. Unless his looks just like Shane's, which isn't stock.

The CL listing says burgundy with black leather ... I don't recall ever seeing that combo.

I joined too, and about the craigslist thing, i dont see why anyone would sue, its just a picture, the buyer has to go and look at the car before he buys
