ok so most people that do 5 speed swaps like me just simply bypass the neutral safety switch. but i went in for my VA inspection this year and i failed due to having the car being able to start in gear. i dont want to have to buy a manual ecu and or the harness because i will be picking up my RB next month. so to me all that would be a waste of money. my questions is, is there any way to wire in a neutral safety switch still using the auto ecu and harness. i just need it done so i can pass my inspection and then i will probably go back to it being bypassed. so it doesnt have to be a permanent fix. just something i can use to pass my inspection. thanks, josh.

figured it out. but can someone please correct me if im wrong. first off from the switch on the pedal. ground it, then extend a wire from the switch to the ecu. from the sensor, run the green and black wires to the ecu. the black one connects to a ground on the ecu. then connect the pedal wire and the green wire from the sensor to the green/orange wire (pinout 22) on the ecu? seems like it would work to me.
