NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH

i did a 5 speed swap in my car and i need to know exactly what to do to get that safety switch deal right..ive searched buti havent found anything helpful

jumper the wire, it should be specified on a write up, just search

Go to your fuse box where the plugs you took off from the auto trans harness were located, on the side of the box, one of the plug ends only has 2 connections inside. jump those two connections your car will now think its in park

you mean just have those 2 wires connected to each other?if this is not done will it cause the engine to not turn over

yes jsut connect the two together and your car should start

ok i did that a it will turn over now..ok next issue...i have a race car thats got a fuel pump switch.i need to know how to hook that to the fuel pump..which wire is the hot wire from the fuel pump?(what color)

ok a better way to ask this is how do i get the fuel pump to turn with a switch and a hot wire?
