What is the use of this switch? What happens if you don't wire it up during a auto > m/t swap?

You can start your car without the clutch in.

If it's enabled and it doesn't get pressed when you push in the clutch, your car won't start.

So wait. Your saying that if I wire it up...and when I press the clutch and I don't hit the switch, then the car won't start?

But if I don't wire it...then the car will start whether or not I use the clutch, correct?
