Now trying to be serious for a min
According to law,
No light shall be lower then 6” so ground lights fail (unless you have a jacked up SUV)
The reason for this is not to distract drivers, there are allot of old people out there that do not know what ground lights are, they might stop and cause an accident
Legal places for neon:
Inside the car, as long as you can’t see the neon directly.In front of the car, (not under, on the front) and only white or amberIn the back, only red
The following colors are the only once you can have legally: white, red, amber
