NEO wiring

hey everyone. I started doing a friend's wiring for an RB25DET NEO into an S13 240sx.

I've got the ECU pinout....and i have a good grasp on the swap (just got done doing an RB25 S2 swap)...but as you might know, the NEO harness has tons of non-engine related stuff integrated into it. I'm just trying to determine what i need and what i can ditch. (i've already gotten rid of a TON of wiring for body plugs that are used on the skyline)

First off...Pin 109 "Control unit power supply (counter electromotive current feedback circuit)" - it goes from the ECU to a brown relay, and out to a skyline body plug. Do i connect this to the same source as my normal control unit power supply? (ECU power on S13 harness)?????

Pin 31 - "Ignition Power Supply" - it goes straight from the ECU to the skyline dash plug. not sure where to put it

Pin 4 - "ECU & IGN coil relay control signal" - i'm assuming this goes to "ECU Relay" (S13)...correct?

I've got a few questions about the additional sensors on the NEO.

I've got two gray plugs left that i haven't quite figured out. the one in the picture below is a bit smaller than the other plug i've got left (although they look very similar).

The smaller plug (shown next to relay holder) has a few wires that go to the ECU (pin 37, 51, & 53...throttle opening signal, throttle motor sensor, & motor throttle switch)...but there's nothing i have to plug into it!! however, there is another wire (green/orange) that goes to a "large" brown plug/sensor that i presume is somewhere on the back of the intake manifold (don't have the engine...but the plug is near the IACV/AAC stuff). So am i supposed so splice some of these wires together? Or is it for some sytem that i won't need?

The "large" brown sensor looks like this:

the remaining two wires coming out of this plug are both green, and they both go to the blue relay holder shown in the first pic. I don't know the function of this relay...it has a blue wire that goes into the aforementioned gray plug, a red wire which goes to the "large" gray plug, and a yellow/red wire that goes to the skyline dash plug....what is it for? since it has no integration with the ECU...i'm unsure

FINALLY! The "large" gray plug has a shielded wire that goes to a "small" brown plug which definitely goes to teh throttle body. shown below:
