neo block and non neo head

I have searched but couldn't find if anyone had covered this before. Will the Neo RB25DET block bolt up to the non Neo head off the RB25DET. Any info would be greatly appreciated, and any links to articles would be greatly appreciated as well.

the neo head is solid lifters, and non neo is hydrolic ...

i was wondering the opposite i wanna ge a neo head for the solid lifters i know it will bolt up and it will raise my compression, but how i control the vvt ?

lifters have nothing to do with bolting up to da head i want neo to run 260 pon cams and for solid lifters
