Neo 2500 - non-turbo RB25?

Im lookin at building an RB25 single turbo and didnt know much about this NEO 2500. Is it the same block with different internals? Any info is very much appreciated guys!

I'm 99% certain it's the same block with different rotating bits, but I doubt the block comes with oil squirters.

I've got a NEO DE head for sale if you're interested :p

And a RB25 block setup with RB26 internals.
