Both are good cars. Parts are nearly identical.

I think you will have better response to your GTR related questions at this site:...

Especially for parts availability at the local setting.

To answer your question, it really depends on what you want from your car and which you like better.

The engines are pretty much identical with the exception of a couple things.

The R32 RB26 had issues with the crank collar on the drive snout. There is also a bit less torque from the R32 to the R33. Nissan fitted the R33 and up RB26 with mechanical advance on the intake cam to increase the torque. The R34 used more efficient turbos to decrease spool up times.

The R34 is the total package if that is what you are looking for. It was the pinnacle of the R32-R34 GT-Rs. It was the best of the two previous models and a little bit more.

The interior of the R32 looks dated, but it's still simple and easy to understand/use. The display on the R34 can be a bit confusing if you don't read Japanese, but it's cool none-the-less.

I like the look of the R32 over the R34, myself. But I am an R33 fan and I own a Midnight Purple V-Spec.

If I had to choose between a 32 or a 34, I would take the 34 just because it's newer and you are less likely to have major issues with it. Just my $.02
