Whats with those neko ecu's and all the dials and dip switches? Looks like hex values for ROM memory addresses. Anybody use one before? Comments? Smart remarks? Anybody got a pdf of an instruction manual for one?

I googled and couldn't find any manuals or anything. Much cheaper than a power fc. If I could find a manual I probably would have jumped on it already.
