Neighbor's garaged 1971 Skyline 2000GT 4DR

My Neighbor has this 1971 Skyline 2000GT forsale in Hawaii, possible the one that was up forsale last year sometime ago on Craigslist. I know it's not registered here in Hawaii. I have seen it for myself and it is in really good condition, have pictures. What would be the going price for it and what type of paper work is needed to register it, say in Washington State.

Here's the pictures. Sorry no interior pictures because no keys for the car at the time. I would say that the interior itself was in pretty good condition.

Anyone out there would be able to tell me what this 1971 skyline 2000GT 4dr is worth? mileage is 57,000 miles (US), car does run, and today I have seen the paper work that is needed to be registered in the states (shipping papers, registration from Japan, etc.). Thinking of selling it on this website.
