So I finally got an alignment today after like 3 weeks of being lowered. They got everything pretty perfect and in spec, except the rear camber. Apparently the camber wasn't included in the alignment and would have costed extra, which they justified because the alignment was on the cheaper side. Made sense to me, but I decided to not shell out more cash. So that left me with -1.6 camber on the rears. From what I know, that should be ok, right? I know it will wear the inside of the tire a little bit faster. Just looking for a second opinion.

Well if you can get under there and figure out which bolt to tighten down you can get them to near -1.0 when that bolt is maxed out. Maybe check out some instructions for the eibach camber bolts to find out where the bolt is located.

I think you should be OK. From what I know, it is the toe that causes the excessive wear, not the camber (up to -2). If the toe was aligned perfectly, you should be OK, even with some -ve camber.

Alex, I thought about going to do that myself, but I don't think its worth the trouble.

Mr.Hacker, according to the printout, my toe is perfect. So I should be good I think.

I've been running like -2.5 camber for over a year now and my tire wear has been good coming from the nissan techs. I'm looking into getting adjustable camber arms and some endlinks just to ease my mind lol. Always scared a little when i go over a rough bump that something will fail.

Lol, you're fine. Like what he said, toe is what mostly causes tire wear. Don't touch any bolts or you're gonna get the toe out of spec.

SanoSuke what size again you running and what wheels are they. They look like gramlights 57s Pro? Cuz i was looking into some and wasn't sure how they would look with the titanium finish.

20x10.5s and nope, not gramlights. I don't like their spokes.

SanoSuKe How did you manage to get a -6 camber? I can't find camber arms for our cars anywhere. Just camber bolts.

SPC Performance makes rear camber arms for ACs. That's the link to the application guide. Eibach and SPC make front EZ Cam XR bolts for the front. Packaging is identical.

Part numbers for AC 2007-2013:
72290 - Rear Camber Arms
81260 - EZ Cam XR Bolts

It says they only add a +/- 3 camber. How did he get up to 6?

No problem. Just ordered them myself. Had been looking for a while. I think some people also use 350z parts. I believe some of them are interchangeable.

SanSuke will have to let you know haha. Only thing I can guess is maybe you can adjust camber arm and toe bolt to achieve more camber.

Yeah I heard the g37 arms were interchangeable for the coupe as well. Is it a must to purchase this when lowering your car with coilovers? Just ordered BC coilovers last week. As you can see I'm new to this and this forum.

If your wheels have a high positive offset close to OEM (+45) and is 18/19" depending on the tire size you won't need to adjust camber.

If you are running 19/20" wheels with more aggressive, lower positive offsets then camber will help you fit the wheel under the fender without rubbing, cause it's going to be poking. Also it will allow you to drop your car lower. SanSuke is on air suspension so he way down to the Earth haha.

I have 18x8. Not sure about the offset. I was unlucky and my parents bought me my rims. Soon I plan to get some AG's and I've begged for months to let me lower my car and they finally gave in. I'm only 17 so I haven't done much to my car. Subs, intake, rims,LEDs. That's about it. Looking to do more in the future

Also, looking to slam my car as much possible. Just not sure if I want camber because I don't have a steady job and I'm not looking to purchase new tires every 3 months.

I'm not completely sure how often tires need to be replaced in regards to camber. You could always stick to more of a OEM sized wheel and you'll be able to lower it as much as your coilovers or lowering springs allow you.

Hey at least you didn't spend money on them. 18x8 shouldn't give you any issues. Save up for some new ones haha.

The lower you are the more natural camber you will gain. If you don't want camber then you'll definitely need the arms. And again, it's not camber what wears your tires, it's the toe. So don't attempt to do this yourself because you'll never get the toe perfectly in spec.

I purchased the rear toe camber bolt with my coilovers knowing I would need it. I just wasn't sure About the adjustable camber arm and if I would need it. I have a lifetime alignment and they told me they could adjust my toe and my camber cause I defiantly don't know how to.

Thank you for the link. And the rims I have now are Konigs  Can't find anybody to buy them. And I can't buy new ones until I find someone to buy my current ones. I'll post pictures as soon as I install my coilovers and see what yal think.
