ok. on my s13, my left rear wheel has a little of neg camber. ive put on a camber kit and got a alighenment on it twice. its like lowerd 1in. the right wheel is fine. what ive notice is that it steers to the right and sometimes i hear a grinding in the back. could it be the wheel bearing? i heard it could be that and the subframe that holds the diff

Might need some more info here ... Can you post some pics from under the car? Was it ever in an accident? What suspension mods do you have?

Did you check your subframe bushings? Maybe you have a blown out shock or saggy spring. Bounce the car up and down at both rear corners and see if one rebounds back differently from the other. Also look for any evidence of leaking from the shock. You can measure the spring heights of the rear too. Are these factory wheels? Did you try rotating to see if the rubbing sound goes away? If it's your wheel bearing, jack the car up and put your hands on top and bottom of the questioned wheel, and rock it. If there's play then it's most likely the bearing. Could be a number of things; you'll just have to keep eliminating them step-by-step.

The grind could be a bearing, or worn bushings. Chances are the cheap camber bolts loosening up on you, I'd check for arm play (bushings, check the end links and for damaged, check the rear hub and go with some adjustable RUCAS.
