Neeed helllpppppp!

Ok guys, my sr had a miss i checked everything , changed injector on the 3rd cylinder didnt help and then it came down to opening up the engine , and i saw the rocker arm flew out , put it back in place and when i put back on the valve cover and started it , the rocker was knocking like crazy , while it idles and revs , so am guessing it need adjusting , or does something needs replacing , help me out and give me some advice , on ways to tighten the rocker and fix the prob.

Rocker fell out huh... been over reving? I'd replace it.

well what happen was i told a friend to rev the car for me to hear the exhaust and he kinda , well over did it , so thats what i believe to cause it , am aware of the problem that sr's have so i know that when he revved it , i knew then it flew out, ok but i still need help are the rockers adjustable or self adjusting ? HOW DO I STOP THE GOD DAMN KNOCKING , and only that one rocker is knocking !
