But on the competition site http://www.competitionclutch.c...d=900its the 1620 Ceramic Six Puck Sprung 1620 Series Disc, In their picture I cant really tell how thick its suppose to be. So if some one has one they can look at or know please let me know asap. Thanks.

What does the flywheel and pressure plate look like? They will tell the true abuse of the clutch disc.

1000 miles is not a problem,

bring it to a clutch shop and ask them what they think.

your pictures aren't too revealing, but you're fine bro

K I compared it to another disc exactly the same and its the same thickness. But Also is it possible for ceramic clutches to get glazed over? They kinda look like its glazed a little bit.

ceramic has a ridiculously high temperature resistanceand oil wont mess up a ceramic clutch because ceramic wont absorb the oil. just wipe it off and throw it back in.

you sure thats a stage 4? cuz mine has better spring blocks/guards.but either way mine had a bit more beef on it but that should be fine as its ceramic and not organic material

you shouldn't have to worry about it getting glazed over.

i don't think after constant contact with both the pressure plate and the flywheel that the ceramic material would keep its true color.

take light sand paper to it if your that paranoid.

Damn man, that is nice and thick. You are fine. Hit it with some brake parts cleaner (not sandpaper) and go.

Glazing usually means you rest your foot on the clutch pedal.

or if you don't break in your clutch.but for ceramic clutches theirs really no need for break-ins.
