My 240sx is automatic, I want to keep it auto, but I want more POWER but is not for racing !!

Can anybody provide a suggestion for either changing the motor into Japanese motor or keep it the same motor(orginal motor)?

Please tell me the cheapest way to get the best deal !!! ($$$$$$$)

The basic performance up grades (Intake, exhaust, etc.) would be the cheapest route.

Another thing you could do is remove the black box underneath the airbox and behind the left front fender lining for more airflow into the air intake and improved/more lively sounding engine. Leave the plastic "Y" looking pipe attached to the air box it helps direct cold air, flowing around the headlight and through the vent in the front bumper, into the intake.

The basic maintance helps out as well. (IE: New spark plugs, wires, etc.)

The stock KA24DE motor is a decent engine. Do not allow yourself to dispise it because it is the same motor used in a truck.
