I have found out that my cam sprocket broke off on my 91 accord. The camshaft is broken so I want to know what would be the better way to fix it. Buy a camshaft and put it in (which my require a valve job something I do know how to do) Buy the top half of the motor and bolt it on and put the car back together. What do you think?

I say buy a new camshaft and slap it in. Screw adjusters on the rocker arms will make it a peice of cake.

How did the sprocket break? Did it break while the motor was running?
