Hi,I need to have some opinion on guys that try some setup to know which will be the better the safer and also not too much expensive for nothing. So this is the part that I have:block sr20det black top740cc injectors tomei300zx maxintake greedybrand new garrett gt2876r .64 trimexternal wastegateand with all of the other think...blow off,, piping, fmic... fuel pump.. I only dont know which pistons I will need or which cams because it's sure that i make rebuild the block. I would like to install oem gtir pistons, because these are less expensive then wiseco or jc. And do I really need cams... I know it is better but which will be the best setup for the internal for you: pistons camshaft stock vs. aftermarket,

First you dont need 740cc injectors for a gt28r. Oem pistons will be fine unless you want to actually build a sr.

It will be for drifting, and I would like 350hp safe, I know it would have been better a gt2871r, but I got a really really good deal on it. Also I dont know why you said that the stock injectors would be alright, it is a gt2876r its really not the same thing as a gt28r lol for 350-400hp i think not thats why I have 740cc

Get some step 1 cams,MLS head-gasket, ARP studs and something good to tune with and your good. Stock bottom-end can take 400whp no problemo. I wouldn't take the stock head-gasket over 17 to 20PSI of boost.

I have BC272's and if they recommend the springs i say it is well worth it to do it now than need it later and have to do more work.

I am sure you already got your answer. You need springs. I also suggest RAS. Are you still running hydraulic or did you switch to solid lifters.

I too am running the GT2876 with 280 Tomei's. The 2876 is a top end turb but crap down low. Boost hits full 22lbs at 4K RPM but holds hard with no leak until 8.2Krpm. This is for a track car, are you sure you want to drift with this turbo? Peak TQ hit at 5.5K but only dropped 20flbs over 2.6K RPM to red but RWHP on pump 91 (Shell) is 340 and TQ is 280.
