i have an sr20det redtop basicly stock FMIC, S-AFC, walbro fuel pump, apexi ITC

i will be upgrading my turbo this weekend i ordered a gt2871r with a .86 ARi just got a 300zx MAF already installed it all i need and i need to decided quick before my dyno day on the 25th of this month is wether i should go with 550cc or 740cc would 550's be big enough basicly ill will be looking for about 380whp in the near furture (obiously not just by slapping on the gt28) i will be getting hks step 1 or step 2 cams along with a greddy intake manifold within the next 3-4 months. as for the injectors for now because im tight on money i wont be sending my ecu out to get tuned yet, i will have to make corrections with the S-AFC for now, what injectors do you guys think i should go with? thanks alot

550cc usually max out around 350 rwhp at 100% duty cycle. So I would opt for 720cc.

You could go with the nismo yellow top 555cc. They actually flow at 615cc. Thats what I went with and theyre good for about 380 or 400....max. The best part is, they bolt right up. you dont have to buy a rail.

Hp figures are speculative for each setup with the 550cc injectors. I've read that they're only good for 300-350 rwhp on 91 octane and good for up to 400 rwhp with racing gas. I'm leaning more towards the 330-340 rwhp range for the 550s as the 480cc injectors off from the s15 supports up to 320 rwhp was it?

personally i would oopt for the larger injectors....there's an old saying you would rather have too much and back them off then not enough and do it all over again..

wouldn't it be kinda hard to show off injectors? for example:"guys, check out my m4d tyt3 jdm injectors."

just wondering though.....would the safc be able to handle the 740cc's without having to tune the ecu. the safc can adjust the pulse width by 50% isn't it?
