I have the same truck and I work in a tire / brake and suspension shop so listen a little close.
The M/T wheel you have pictured is a nice unit but the bare aluminum will require polishing and even then, it will dull in appearance. No real problem it's just part of uncoated wheels.
The M/T is not hub-centric and therefore will never run as true and give you a smooth ride as stock. We have a joke for years now in the shop..."never deviate from original equipment"..if you're not ready/prepared to accept less than stock ride quality.
Stay clear of all steel wheels on your truck. The only steel wheel you should use is the spare, and even then, use it only as a spare. Offroad shops have a hard sell technique to convince would-be offroaders looking for the mean offroad appearance, that steel is stronger/looks better/performs?/lasts longer.
The truth is, steel bends easier, rusts, do not spin as true, and are generally very cheap build quality. Stay clear.
i went through 3 different suspensions, 8 sets of tires and 5 sets of wheels before I reached perfection. 16" 4runner five spokes with 265/75-16 Toyo match balanced on the Hunter GSP9700.
Back to topic, of those two, get the M/T
