Hey Eugene!Welcome to the club!!!

http://forums.altimas.org/zeromain is the link you should bookmark!

All the info here is in its proper section (for the most part)... Please try and post in the correct area!(this type of discussion is in the "Wheels and Brakes" Section.... take a look over there, all the answers are within!

The search button works too, and we are always here to help you out! (again post in the right section if you can, if you arent sure, dont worry theres no beatings issued!)

Beyond that, its probably a good idea to get the granddaughter on here so she can decide what she likes and we will help!

Theres also a big meet in nj on Nov 8th where she can take a look at 20+ altima coupes all hooked up and see them in person!

Best "Nissan" rims? If she's going to swap them out, why not just go after-market? They're usually lighter than OEM wheels. As for fitment... It's 5x114.3mm (or 5x4.5 inches) With a +40 offset (someone correct me if this is wrong).

i believe stock is +45. and there's no "best" rim for any car. just get a new set of rims that is the same size and same offset as stock and you'll have no issues. but if you want something that looks really nice and doesn't come in stock dimensions then you'll have to figure out if they'll fit or not. there's a lot of calculators out there that will help you with tire sizes and rim sizes. best of luck!

It doesn't matter if you buy any Nissan rims or aftermarket rims, if they are not original equipped rims, then you will still get in trouble IF (and only IF) they can PROVE that the rims you put in cause the damage or problem.

^However, that should be the last thing you should worry about!

I have 08 350Z and I have aftermarket wheels on mine. I still keep the stock ones and if something do happen, all I have to do is put the stock ones back on! Win Win situation!!!

Let your granddaughter decides what rims she really likes!
