I've been searching around for a sweet front bumper to replace the zenki front end on my 240. It's not bad, just kind of dated looking. I've looked through the links in my own sticky at the top of this forum and haven't found anything that is super hella cool.

Since you all are some of the most critical basturds I know, I figured I would ask your opinions. :D Please help a brutha out with some pics/info/links, etc.

Second, I need a new steering wheel. My wheel is one of the few places on the interior that is pretty worn and it gets kinda gummy on a warm, muggy day. My hands were black on the last auto-x day I did. I don't want one of those crazy, red, square MOMO wheels. Just something quality, subdued and not super-expensive. Fat, leather-wrapped wheels are usually good.

Thanks everyone. :thinker

so this is just to replace the pig-face?

your sticky is a pretty complete list... and you seem to be more of a reserved person when it comes to styling, have you thought of just putting on a 91-93 bumpercover? IMO its one of the nicest for the car.

I've thought about doing that and it's definite possibility. I would probably use the lip from my zenki and make it fit. I like the PDM side skirts and rear fascia and will probably replace my spoiler with one a little more aggressive but not wacky.

I am fairly reserved when it comes to styling, but I want to set it apart in the looks department somewhat after I get the performance stuff squared-away. I was leaning toward the Bomex units. They seem to be made well and are reasonably priced.

What about steering wheels? Any ideas?

only other bumper that 'fits' the cars lines IMO is the Cwest kit.. mm.

MoMo Actualy makes some very nice metal/leather wheels.. not just rice colorful stuff.

Cool man. I like this wheel, but where the hell do I get a hub adapter to make it work?

I saw a pimp S14 last night w/o a bumper in its place was a large FMIC!

Be sure and throw up a pic of the front bumper that you are going to get.I like the stock look personally.

That steering wheel will look nice and give great grip.

P.S. You are comming to the BG meet, right?

I am supposed to be off that day, in which case yes, I will certainly be there! It's possible I may have to work, but such is life. I should be there though.

I won't be deviating TOO far from stock. I'll also be doing performance mods first, but I like to get a picture of the car in my head so I can see where I'm going. My 240 is gonna be pimp. I don't even know why that's an adjective.

Repoman. I have a 89 hatch and don't have a stock spoiler and love it. No spoiler rust to worry about and I really actually do enjoy the looks of the spoilerless hatch. I wouldn't change ur front, I actually like the 89-90 front ends better than any aftermarket or even the 91-93 that's out there. As for steering wheels, Mine is shot too. Since I live 45 minutes away from afterdark tuning, I'm gonna see if I can get a steering wheel off of one his front clips. I have already gotten a power steering pump from him for a good price so I can probbaly get he wheel for cheap too.
